Journaling has made such a large impact on my life. I wish I had more time to do it honestly, but even just sitting down for 5-10 minutes to get thoughts on paper makes a big difference.
How often do you sit with yourself? With no distractions? Just being content evaluating your life? The good. The bad. The hard. The things you’re grateful for. What’s challenging you. Where do you go from here?
If I’m being honest, most of the time I spend my ‘extra’ time scrolling on my phone, reading, listening to podcasts, or being busy with my day to day things. Very rarely do I find 5-10 minutes of solitude.
I strongly encourage you to look for these pockets of time during your day and get a cheap journal off Amazon or in Target and just write. Whatever comes to your mind – get it on the paper.
