In college I used to have these HUGE cheat days on the weekends after a week of restrictive eating and I would just eat anything and everything in sight because I thought I ‘earned’ it for being good all week. However, through those cycles I actually started to have a terrible relationship with food and my own mindset around what it means to be healthy. Through a lot of trial and error, and lots of work on my own mentality – I love adding in intuitive days to my own week and in my clients. The word in itself helps us disconnect the word from meaning ‘cheating’ on our diet and turns it into simply being mindful of our food.
Try out this 30 day challenge with me to get back on track with our mindset and our goals! I’m committing to doing this every day for the next 30 days because I got complacent in my life and stopped focusing on the little things that truly do add up.
Bloating shouldn’t be normal but often times we are stuck feeling so gross after a meal or at the end of the day. Your bloating is your body gaining inflammation so that it protects itself from something it doesn’t like. But, our goal is to stop that from happening as much as possible because there is something going on in your body that it doesn’t like. The key is really getting to the root of it.
