BBQ Chicken Flatbread

I’ve been on a huge BBQ kick lately so it was only fitting that I chose 2 of my favorites: pizza & BBQ and put them together!

Naan bread: I just use the premade stuff but you could for sure find a home-made recipe if you wanted. Lightly spread with water or olive oil before placing toppings on it. 

Toppings I chose:

  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • Tomatoes
  • Roasted corn & Onions
  • Cheese
  • BBQ sauce

Other toppings you could add:

  • Lettuce
  • Mushrooms
  • Bacon
  • Cilantro
  • Peppers

BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

  • 1 Whole Naan
  • 3 Oz Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Stubbs BBQ sauce
  • 1 Oz Grape Tomatoes
  • 14 Grams Colby Jack shredded cheese
  • 1 Oz Fire roasted corn


  • Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  • Lightly sprinkle water or olive oil on the Naan
  • Add all toppings (minus BBQ sauce) to Naan
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes or until crispy on the edges
  • Top with anything else you want (lettuce, BBQ sauce, etc.)
