Deconstructed hamburger for a healthy low carb, low fat option! Macro friendly burger recipe you can change up if you want to add different toppings!

  • 3 oz. 93% lean beef
  • 1 Serving Joseph lavish flatbread
  • 1 C. shredded lettuce
  • 2 Spears pickles
  • 1/4 C. shredded cheese
  • 1 TBSP mustard
  • 1 TBSP ketchup


  • Brown beef in a skillet. Add any seasonings you like on your burgers. I just do salt and pepper and keep it simple.
  • In the air fryer or your oven, cut up strips of Joseph's Lavish Flatbread, spray with some avocado oil, (375 degrees in air fryer, 400 degrees in the oven) Bake for a few minutes, flip over, and bake until they are crispy!
  • In a bowl, place your lettuce, add on any desired toppings. Beef, flatbread, cheese, pickles, mustard, ketchup, ranch, mayo, etc.
